Their representative came to my house and listened to my project vision. We talked about different solutions for the project and before leaving he gave me a product pamphlet to review for my final decision.

The ladies at the office kept me informed on my install date. They were always pleasant when taking my call and answered all my questions.
Last but not least. The install crew was an extension of everyone I had already met and worked with. They were very professional in their job duties and keep me informed on things along the way. They didn't hesitate to asked key questions to ensure my complete satisfaction. In the end they cleaned up the trash and left behind a beautiful window.
